Exchange Policy
At RUWAH Fragrances, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance, we offer a simple exchange process for your convenience.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The fragrance must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the product remaining.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and all accessories provided.
Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at 0309-5021205.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange procedure and provide the necessary instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, exchanges including shipment are typically processed within 7 working days.
- Note that the criteria of inspection covers the underlying the damages, misuse, or leakages found upon arrival, the authenticity of the product in hand, and the extent to which the item complies with the eligibility requirements.
Delivery Charges
- Customers are responsible for all delivery charges associated with exchanges.
- In the event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, RUWAH Fragrances will cover all exchange-related delivery costs.
Important Information
- Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special discounted offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanged products must adhere to the following methods of replacement:
1. Returned products can only be replaced with a product of equal value/pricing. Any additional costs incurred upon replacement with a product of greater value must be covered by the buyer including the difference in upgrading. - RUWAH Fragrances reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
