- The fragrance must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the product remaining.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

- Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, returns are typically processed within 7 working days.
- Note that inspection may include verifying the contents, packaging, the purchase date within return the window, ensuring that the product in hand is not counterfeit, and its further compliance with the eligible terms and conditions.
Refund Details
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable, or via an agreed alternative method.
- Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

- Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special discounted offers are not eligible for return.
